  Chairman & Managing Director

  Mr. Ramesh Khichadia is the Chairman and Managing Director of our company. He is B. Tech (Agriculture Engineering) from Gujarat Agriculture University and has more than 25+ years of experience in the field of Pipes and Irrigation business. He has been instrumental in formation of our company. Being an early starter he has worked on almost all levels of the organization which helps him understand and handle major functions of our company. Under his dynamic leadership and vast experience, we are able to deliver constant value to our customers time and again. He has been the architect of our company's projects and expansion strategy.

• Mr. Gopal Khichadia

  Whole-Time Director

  Mr. Gopal Khichadia is the Whole Time Director of our company. He has passed class 9th examination from Gujarat State Board and has more than 25+ years of experience in the field of Pipes and Irrigation business. He is one of the founding directors of our company and is responsible for generation of business for our company. He leads the core team that is driving the company's growth and transformation to become one of the reputed suppliers of irrigation systems in the country. He is also responsible for business development and operational affairs of the company.

• Mr. Ritesh Khichadia

  Executive Director

  Mr. Ritesh Khichadia holds a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay and a PGDM specializing in Finance and Strategy from IIM Lucknow. With previous roles as an investment advisor at Sanford Bernstein and an M&A consultant at Ernst & Young, he brings valuable expertise to his current position. He oversees important functions including company’s business growth strategy, sales, marketing and operations teams.

• Mr. Lalji Gordhanbhai Vekariya

  Non Executive & Independent Director

  Mr. Lalji Gordhanbhai Vekariya is the Non-Executive Independent Director of our company. He has completed his graduation in Btech (Agricultural Engineering) from Gujarat Agricultural University. He has diverse experience in the irrigation and plastic pipes industry.

• Mr. Prabhulal Rabadia

  Non Executive & Independent Director

  Mr. Prabhulal Rabadia is the Non-Executive & Independent Director of our company. He holds a B.SC degree in Agriculture from Gujarat Krushi University. He has worked as assistant professor in Gujarat Agriculture University from the period 1974 to 2011. He has extensive knowledge and experience in various domains of agricultural technologies and agronomy services.

• Mrs. Mita Jayesh Mardiya

  Non Executive & Independent Director

  Mrs. Mita Jayeshkumar Mardiya is the Non-Executive Independent Director of our company. She has completed her graduation in commerce in year 2021 from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University. She has work experience in the accounts and finance domains.
